Area light-weight in my heart; [and light-weight in my tongue;] and area mild in my hearing; and area mild in my looking at; and area light-weight from under me; and spot light from above me, and light on my correct, and light on my still left; and place gentle forward of me; and spot light at the rear of me; [and spot gentle in my self;] and make the light greater for me»[a hundred twenty five]

مَا شَاءَ ٱللَّهُ كَانَ وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَلِيِّ ٱلْعَظِيمِ

اَلْحَمْدُ لِلهِ الَّذِيْ سَتَرَ ذُنُوْبِيْ وَ عُيُوْبِيْ وَ لَمْ يَفْضَحْنِيْ بَيْنَ الْخَلَایِقِ.

Soon after Fajr prayer recites this verse for 1100 moments to the Fair Dua day of Friday in the very first hour following dawn and blows on the above h2o.

*مَّا يَفْتَحِ اللَّـهُ لِلنَّاسِ مِن رَّحْمَةٍ فَلَا مُمْسِكَ لَهَا ۖ وَمَا يُمْسِكْ فَلَا مُرْسِلَ لَهُ مِن بَعْدِهِ ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ*

اِلٰہِیْ ہٰذِہٖ صَلَاتِیْ صَلَّیْتُہَا لَا لِحَاجَۃٍ مِنْکَ اِلَیْہَا، وَ لَا رَغْبَۃٍ مِنْکَ فِیْہَا اِلَّا تَعْظِیْمًا وَ طَاعَۃً وَ اِجَابَۃً لَکَ اِلٰی مَا اَمَرْتَنِیْ بِہٖ.

اللَّهُمَّ إنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا، وَرِزْقًا طَيِّبًا، وَعَمَلاً مُتَقَبَّلاً

Promise not to repeat the mistake and comply with it with very good deeds. You may make istighfar at any time, but special periods like following Salah or late at night are further gratifying.

يَا مَنْ‏ يَعْلَمُ خائِنَةَ الْأَعْيُنِ وما تُخْفِي الصُّدُورُ

سُبْحَانَ رَبِّيَ الْعَظِيمِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ.

وَ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنِ امْرَاَةٍ تُشَيِّبُنِيْ قَبْلَ اَوَانَ مَشِيْبِيْ وَ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ وَلَدٍ يَكُوْنُ عَلَيَّ رِبًّا وَ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ مَالٍ يَكُوْنُ عَلَيَّ عَذَابًا وَ اَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ صَاحِبِ خَدِيْعَةٍ اِنْ رَاَى حَسَنَةٍ دَفَنَهَا وَ اِنْ رَاَىْ سَيِّئَةً اَفْشَاهَا.

رَبَّنَا افْتَحْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْفَاتِحِينَ
